Chelsea climbed to eighth in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory over Fulham at Craven Cottage on Saturday.
First-half goals from Willian and Loftus-Cheek put the Blues in control before Fulham forward Aboubakar Kamara scored his first Premier League goal midway through the second half to give the hosts hope.
But Chelsea held on to secure their first away win in the Premier League since November and move above Manchester United into eighth, while Fulham remain bottom of the table.
Fulham had the better of the opening exchanges and could have taken the lead in the 15th minute when Ryan Babel's cross found Kamara at the back post, but the Fulham forward headed wide from close range.
Chelsea took the lead in the 25th minute when Willian curled a free-kick into the top corner from 25 yards out. It was the Brazilian's sixth goal of the season and his first since the opening day of the campaign.
Chelsea doubled their lead in the 42nd minute when Loftus-Cheek converted Marcos Alonso's cross from close range. It was the England international's first Premier League goal since May 2018.
Fulham pulled a goal back in the 65th minute when Kamara headed in from close range after Babel had flicked on a cross from the right.
The hosts pushed for an equalizer in the closing stages, but Chelsea held on to secure their first away win in the Premier League since November.
